CoreAlign 3 includes a variety of exercises focusing on integrating the upper and lower force junction including standing, all fours, plank, fit ball, double unit and sport specific exercises. It can be taken before or after CoreAlign 2. The exercises are of a higher level of complexity than CoreAlign 1 or 2 and are more appropriate for intermediate or athletic students. CoreAlign 3 contains 70+ additional exercises including:
- Upper body exercises using the ropes and handles.
- All fours exercises for core stability and integration.
- Plank exercises to challenge the whole body.
- Double unit exercises designed to add extreme challenges and deep stretches.
- Sports specific exercises.
Prerequisites:
- Completion of CA 1 and CA2
Content:
- During the course, each CA 3 exercise will be taught with the following aids:
- Oral discussion as to the significance of the exercise
- Practical demonstration
- Monitored practice using the CoreAlign unit
Participants will receive access to informative text, image and video files of each CA2 exercise for future reference and practice.
General:
- This course is similar in format to the CA 2 course however different CoreAlign exercises are covered.
- There is no preference in attending CA 2 before CA 3 or vise versa.
- Completion of CA1, 2 & 3 are required for the Master Trainer education program.
