CoreAlign 2 expands the CoreAlign 1 repertoire with additional standing exercise progressions and an introduction to all fours exercises and upper body work using the handles. CoreAlign 2 contains 70+ additional exercises including:
- Standing exercises facing front, back and side to develop balance, coordination and strength in the lower body and core.
- Tabletop exercises for flexibility and coordination.
- Upper body exercises using the ropes and handles to develop upper body strength in coordination with torso stability.

Prerequisites:
- Completion of CA 1
Content:
- During the course, each CA 2 exercise will be taught with the following aids:
- Oral discussion as to the significance of the exercise
- Practical demonstration
- Monitored practice using the CoreAlign unit
Participants will receive access to informative text, image and video files of each CA2 exercise for future reference and practice.
General:
- This course is similar in format to the CA 3 course however different CoreAlign exercises are covered.
- There is no preference in attending CA 2 before CA 3 or vise versa.
- Completion of CA1, 2 & 3 are required for the Master Trainer education program.
